After months of tasting and retasting, Anthony Schmidt and Ed Hamilton confirmed this blend of 85% Guyana and 15% Jamaican Pot Still Rum from the Worthy Park Estate as the blend that would stand up to the most exotic tiki drinks being poured at False Idol in San Diego. Full strength Guyana rum at 154 proof and the Jamaican rum at 170 proof are blended together and slowly stirred for 48 hours before dilution to 151 proof with filtered well water at the Five & 20 Distillery in Westfield, NY.
